We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, therefore, we provide you with the following information:
1. Purposes of the processing for which the data are intended
The data collected is for the purpose of carrying out the following services:
- job placement support through: basic and specialized orientation paths, accompaniment and mentoring actions
- vocational and continuing training
- labor intermediation activities as defined by Legislative Decree No. 276 of September 10, 2003, i.e., the activity of mediation between labor supply and demand including: collection of resumes of potential workers, selection activities and establishment of related database, promotion and management of the meeting between labor supply and demand
- The data disclosed by data subjects, will also be used for:
- elaborare di statistiche interne;
- Writing technical reports regarding services requested by clients and/or prospects;
- Managing payments where applicable;
- To meet obligations under the law, regulations, EU legislation, civil and tax regulations;
- Perform, if requested by the client, all communications consequent to the activities
For the purposes of the indicated processing, the owner may become aware of data defined as “sensitive” in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, such as those capable of revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, state of health and sexual life.
2. Methods of processing
In connection with the stated purposes, your data are subject to computer and paper processing. Processing operations are implemented in such a way as to ensure the logical, physical security and confidentiality of your personal data.
3. Nature of personal data
Your personal, sensitive and judicial data inherent to the performance of the service you have requested constitute the object of processing.
During the provision of the service it may be necessary to acquire and carry out processing operations of your sensitive and judicial personal data. You are requested to express the relevant consent in writing
4. Compulsory or optional nature of conferral
The provision of your personal and sensitive data, is not mandatory, but any refusal to do so could make it impossible or extremely difficult to provide the services you have requested.
5. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
Your data may be communicated to:
- all persons to whom the right of access to such data is recognized by virtue of regulatory measures;
- To our collaborators, employees, within the scope of their respective duties;
- to all those natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons when the communication is necessary or functional for the performance of our activity and in the manner and for the purposes outlined above;
- potential employer companies, other accredited institutions for training or guidance activities. The data will also, as required by Legislative Decree 276/2003, be communicated to the National Labor Exchange in the manner provided for in the implementing regulations

7. Rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
At any time you may exercise your rights with regard to the data controller, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Right of access to personal data and other rights:
- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.
- The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
- Of the origin of personal data;
- Of the purposes and methods of processing;

- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
- The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market or communication research.
8. Withdrawal of consent to treatment
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the following

the following text: <<revocation of consent to the processing of all my personal data>>. Upon completion of this operation, your personal data will be removed from the archives as soon as possible.
